What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and incidents
• complete activity reports and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
