What you'll do

• Define and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with organizational KPIs and strategic goals
• lead operating-model design and enablement governance
• build stakeholder relationships and communicate transformation goals
• support BPM consultants and program managers with complex solutioning
• lead AI/ML and exploratory initiatives
• oversee workflow due diligence and process shadowing
• track KPI achievement and benefits realization
• assess ROI, bottlenecks, and workflow improvements
• embed operating-model best practices across functions.

Why this role

Requires at least 11 years of work experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience; project management of five high-impact automation or analytics efforts; RPA lifecycle experience; and Black Belt certification with Lean/Six Sigma expertise. A master’s degree and several listed domain experiences are preferred.
