What you'll do

• Manage a designated residential site and the services provided there
• perform Direct Support Professional duties during regularly scheduled shifts
• comply with Easter Seals policies and procedures, DDA and licensure requirements, Title VI, HIPAA, and confidentiality requirements
• organize workloads and motivate staff
• complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, and DDA-mandated training.
