The Operational Tooling team builds a platform for financial-index creation, governance, monitoring, and operational management across the FTSE Russell ecosystem. The role delivers full-stack capabilities for operational index workflows, using React for new interfaces, maintaining Angular modules, and building Java and Spring Boot services and integrations. It also applies AI-assisted development with rigorous validation to support reliable, secure, and auditable financial operations.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver full-stack solutions for operational index workflows
• build React interfaces and maintain or extend Angular modules
• develop Java and Spring Boot services and APIs
• integrate workflow, audit, notification, analytics, and platform services
• collaborate with product, business analysis, UX, QA, platform, and architecture teams
• use AI-assisted development and validate outputs
• maintain code review, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational standards.
