The Receiving Clerk role is onsite at FALK Panel USA’s Walker, MI plant. Pay is $24 per hour. FALK Panel manufactures insulated metal panels and describes its mission as building the buildings of the future with innovative, high-quality, eco-friendly solutions. The clerk receives and verifies inbound deliveries, identifies discrepancies, and maintains accurate inventory records. Correctly processing and staging materials helps keep production supplied and supports timely customer orders.

What you'll do

• Safely receive, unload, and process inbound deliveries
• check shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documents
• inspect for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues
• label, tag, and stage materials
• enter receiving data into the inventory system
• communicate issues with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse leadership
• participate in cycle counts, putaway, and restocking
• keep receiving and storage areas organized, clean, and safe.

Why this role

Schedule is 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed. Receiving or warehouse experience, barcode scanner and WMS/ERP experience, forklift certification, and cycle counting experience are listed as pluses.
