The role supports the Corporate IT Department at Ideal Tridon, a manufacturer of clamps, strut, hose supports, conduit, fittings, and coupling solutions. The administrator maintains and protects global company IT infrastructure and information, supporting devices and applications across the organization while evaluating and implementing systems and technologies.

What you'll do

• Maintain hardware and software infrastructure for global Ideal Tridon Group companies
• protect proprietary and confidential information
• support servers, PCs, network switches, phone systems, ERP systems, user applications, and wireless access points
• configure ERP systems, build PCs, maintain switches and servers, and run cabling
• evaluate and implement new systems and technologies
• support users worldwide, including after-hours work.
