What you'll do

• Own procurement policies, procedures, playbooks, standards, SOPs, compliance reporting, and governance documentation
• support audit readiness and process improvement
• design and execute the procurement ESG strategy and roadmap with corporate functions and sourcing teams
• develop the procurement talent strategy, capability framework, learning pathways, and Procurement Academy.
