The role aligns internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to manage risks and deliver projects with quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead structural steel project execution against budget, schedule, and scope
• develop execution plans with sales, estimating, detailing, and operations
• manage submittals, fabrication schedules, and delivery milestones
• coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
• track budgets, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontractor costs
• monitor contract compliance and risks
• lead customer and project meetings
• provide documentation and status updates
• visit job sites and fabrication facilities as needed
• mentor project coordinators and junior staff.
