What you'll do

• Manage North American customer, offtaker, and counterparty relationships
• lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• develop pricing and negotiation strategies
• monitor iron ore, pellet, HBI/DRI, and steel markets
• review contract positions and pricing exposure
• prepare recommendations for the CCO
• coordinate with international sales, S&OP, and logistics
• maintain the customer growth and direct-sales pipeline.
