What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for the assigned unit
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and report as needed to the Director of Nursing
• maintain adequate medications, supplies, and equipment
• assist with resident nursing assessments
• make nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff training
• review nurses’ notes for accuracy and alignment with resident wishes.
