What you'll do

• Supervise weekend professional and non-professional staff
• schedule assignments and unit priorities
• support staff orientation, coaching, and performance feedback
• plan and deliver long-term or rehabilitative nursing care
• provide treatment and wound care
• review records and assess residents
• administer medications as ordered
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• communicate resident status
• support care plans, staff development, safety, infection control, and resident rights.
