The Construction Project Specialist, Spark Modular Data Centers role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with compensation of $110,000–$135,000 per year. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, and this role supports its growing portfolio of Spark modular data centers. The specialist supports active construction projects and senior Construction Managers by coordinating site activities, tracking progress and costs, and maintaining project records. This work helps identify risks and quality concerns, support safe site operations, and advance data center infrastructure deployment.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily construction-site scheduling, coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight
• support project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
• monitor progress and flag risks, delays, or quality concerns
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• participate in site walks, inspections, and punch lists
• support budgeting, invoice and change-order review, records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts
• follow site safety practices and protocols.

Why this role
