What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility, transfers, and restorative nursing care
• document vital signs, weight, intake, and other required care
• respond promptly to call lights
• report resident changes and safety concerns to nurses
• follow care plans, infection-control procedures, and facility safety policies
• maintain resident privacy and records
• mentor new CNAs and restock supplies.
