UX Designer

Job overview

The UX Designer is a hybrid role in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with three onsite days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. The salary is $90,000–$115,000 per year. The client is investing in internal business applications and product initiatives to improve workflows, automation, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Evaluate business forms, documents, and processes for experience improvements
• design user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction frameworks in Figma
• translate business requirements into scalable digital experiences
• collaborate with developers on implementation
• facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and validate designs
• contribute to workflow modernization and automation
• present design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
