What you'll do

• identify data-capture gaps
• collaborate with IT and Trauma Surgery on data-capture mechanisms
• conduct medical record review, validation, and clinical data abstraction
• prepare reports on variances
• participate in data-driven quality improvement
• and support registry-related guidance and reporting.
