Direct Support Professional — PRN (As Needed)

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, including hygiene, meals, feeding, and bathroom assistance
• observe and report changes in clients’ behavior or physical status
• follow infection-control and safety precautions
• assist with positioning, range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers
• accompany clients to appointments and outings as indicated
• attend required training and meetings
• coordinate care with the health care team
• maintain a clean work environment.
