What you'll do

• Provide project documentation and records management
• assist with budget and cost tracking
• support procurement and coordinate with supporting organizations
• coordinate schedules, resources, meetings, and priorities
• track tasks, action items, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up
• assist with procedure revisions and process improvements
• collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• follow safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents
• participate in required training and safety briefings.
