The work helps move orders and authorizations forward while maintaining accurate records, payer compliance, and service turnaround expectations.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, account creation, insurance verification, document processing, and order setup and management
• review requests for continuous glucose monitors, insulin pumps, and testing supplies
• submit and track prior authorizations
• apply payer requirements and medical necessity criteria
• resolve denials and follow up on pending requests
• conduct quality reviews and account audits
• coordinate with providers, vendors, health plans, and clinical staff
• document updates and prioritize work to meet turnaround expectations.
