What you'll do

• Create and communicate shift production plans
• adjust plans for quality, staffing, or product shortages
• monitor production progress and downtime
• coordinate with other shifts, FSQA, and Warehouse
• lead and develop supervisors
• manage staffing and performance matters with HR
• uphold safety, food-safety, and quality standards
• lead safety meetings
• support incident reviews and corrective actions
• enforce and improve SOPs
• participate in audits and continuous improvement.
