What you'll do

• Provide vocational services including intake, job development, employment support, community-based assessment, and vocational training
• conduct participant intakes and histories
• lead person-centered planning and review progress
• assess work skills and support skill development
• document progress and complete reports
• connect participants with community supports and referrals
• meet with participants and attend planning meetings and training
• follow CARF standards, laws, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Why this role

Full-time role in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma and three years of vocational rehabilitation experience may qualify. First Aid and CPR certification are required but may be completed after hire; Ohio developmental disabilities provider training is required.
