The role supports emotional well-being and continuity of care for seniors while also providing staff training and education.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing homes
• create and implement personalized treatment plans
• collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff
• provide staff training and in-service education.
