What you'll do

• Serve as a contact for building issues
• monitor contractor performance
• coordinate repairs and construction projects
• assist with the annual facility maintenance budget and vendor bids
• replace light bulbs, make minor plumbing repairs, perform basic electrical work, coordinate moves, dismantle and install furniture, and clean as needed.
