Associate Attorney — Social Security Disability

What you'll do

• Prepare clients for administrative hearings and represent claimants before Administrative Law Judges
• handle federal court Social Security Disability appeals
• review administrative records
• research applicable law
• identify reversible error
• draft opening and reply briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• maintain client files
• and work with senior attorneys and paralegals.
