What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, money orders, loan payments, and safe deposit box rentals
• open deposit and checking accounts
• explain bank products and services
• assist customers in person and by phone
• discuss customer financial needs and recommend bank services
• maintain customer and account records
• prepare daily proof sheets and assist with branch closing procedures
• make referrals to other bank departments.
