What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep
• complete work orders promptly and professionally
• conduct preventive maintenance checks
• keep walkways, common areas, and mechanical rooms safe, clean, and compliant
• respond to emergency maintenance issues such as outages, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment
• work with vendors and contractors when needed
• coordinate with housekeeping, nursing, and leadership
• explain repairs to residents when needed
• support special projects and seasonal tasks such as snow removal or event setup.
