What you'll do

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll
• process daily timekeeping and corrections
• reconcile payroll before transmission and validate reports
• manage payroll variables
• maintain confidential personnel files and records
• support employee relations, benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, recruiting, screening, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and terminations
• coordinate compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• participate in unemployment hearings.
