What you'll do

• Ensure front-of-house operational quality
• develop preliminary menus and revise as needed
• establish and implement service standards
• assist the manager with cost parameters and expense goals
• support bar menu development and logistics for the restaurant concept
• schedule front-of-house staff within payroll costs
• comply with Iowa Department of Health codes and other rules
• hire, develop, and evaluate service team members
• track inventory.
