The Sr. Director, Pipeline Velocity & Growth is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA, with a salary range of $240,000 to $270,000 per year. This position reports to the VP of Business Operations at Automation Anywhere. This role owns the end-to-end health of the pipeline engine. It exists to diagnose bottlenecks, drive operating cadences, and lead interventions across sales, channel, and marketing teams to ensure predictable and efficient revenue growth.
