What you'll do

• Make coffee, hot chocolate, and specialty espresso drinks to order
• operate the espresso machine and point-of-sale register
• follow cash-handling procedures and count banks at the beginning and end of shifts
• prepare deli sandwiches and quick-service food
• restock supplies and coolers
• maintain a clean and sanitary food-service environment
• assist the Food and Beverage Manager with daily preparation
• inform the manager when items need ordering
• follow opening and closing procedures.
