Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper role is onsite in Wixom, MI. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Flagpoles Etc. is seeking support for day-to-day accounting and financial closeout of customer projects. The bookkeeper maintains accurate records by managing payables and receivables, reconciling accounts, reviewing transaction coding, and following discrepancies through resolution. The role works with sales, operations, and ownership and supports the month-end close.

What you'll do

• Enter and review bills, expenses, invoices, payments, and credits in QuickBooks
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• investigate discrepancies
• review coding and documentation
• help close customer projects financially
• coordinate with sales, operations, and ownership
• and support month-end close.
