What you'll do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory, and health and safety compliance
• lead, train, and mentor cooks and kitchen staff
• develop and execute menus emphasizing fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
• manage food costs, portion control, and waste reduction
• collaborate with front-of-house management
• handle scheduling, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance
• uphold eco-friendly practices.
