Account Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Develop account plans
• identify cross-sell and product expansion opportunities
• conduct account reviews
• partner with Sales, Product, and Operations
• monitor account health
• process orders, quotes, and inquiries
• respond to questions about order status, pricing, availability, and shipping
• resolve order, return, billing, and delivery issues
• coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and billing teams.
