Operations Support Manager

The Operations Support Manager role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with compensation of $60,000–$65,000 per year. 10 Federal Storage operates a national portfolio of technology-forward, unmanned self-storage facilities and focuses on operational consistency and scalable systems. This manager supports property teams and operations leadership by resolving escalations, maintaining procedures, training staff, and tracking property performance. The role helps ensure consistent compliance and operating practices while supporting acquisitions, developments, and portfolio-wide improvement.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for operational and compliance escalations involving facility management systems
• communicate and update policies and procedures
• develop and monitor SOPs
• ensure consistent auction processes and maintain related forms and templates
• monitor tenant protections before auctions
• partner with IT and vendors to optimize facility management software
• manage tenant communication workflows
• train and mentor property staff
• coordinate with Accounting, Marketing, and Facilities
• support acquisition, development, closure, and third-party management transitions
• track licenses, utilities, and regulatory workflows
• monitor KPIs and maintain dashboards
• identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
