What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
• inspect facilities and report major repair needs
• maintain building surfaces and components
• coordinate vendor and contractor work
• make minor plumbing, electrical, cabling, lighting, and furniture repairs
• perform light construction and painting
• maintain temperature and humidity ranges
• assist with event setups and custodial tasks as needed
• maintain equipment service records and supplies
• check buildings when closed as needed.
