Job overview
The BIM/CADD Lead Modeler role is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday–Friday day schedule. Pay is $40–$50 per hour. The role supports a structural engineering firm investing in BIM infrastructure and complex structural projects.
What you'll do
- Own and enforce BIM standards across projects
- develop and improve firm-wide BIM/CADD standards
- manage BIM/CADD software and version integration
- create and maintain Revit templates and family libraries
- train and support modeling staff
- coordinate standards with clients and stakeholders
- and produce or oversee construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
