What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under registered nurse supervision and according to care plans
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, psychosocial support, transfers, repositioning, walking, and range-of-motion exercises
• assist with meals and snacks
• support providers and nursing staff with procedures as needed
• document resident interactions and care outcomes
• communicate changes in condition and care concerns to the charge nurse
• collect non-invasive specimens
• provide housekeeping and laundry support
• assist with wellness and recreational programs. CNA certification is required or must be obtained within four months
• training and certification are provided by the facility.
