Senior Associate, Land Agent

Job overview

What you'll do

• Identify and contact landowners
• explain project details and renewable energy, answer questions, and negotiate lease, easement, and option agreements
• document landowner interactions in Salesforce and line lists
• study local permitting and ordinances
• use GIS tools to identify and microsite prospective projects with project managers
• support external land agents
• travel to project features and community or government events as needed.
