What you'll do

• Complete prep-list tasks

• stock and set up kitchen stations
• wash, chop, and check vegetables
• measure ingredients
• follow recipes and portioning standards
• track inventory and prep cycles
• clean dishes and utensils
• sanitize the kitchen
• label and store ingredients
• follow food-safety and hygiene procedures.
