What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of customer sites and serve as the primary technical partner
• develop working knowledge of robot software, hardware, and operations

• partner with engineering on technical improvements and field validation
• track fleet uptime, reliability, throughput, and customer satisfaction
• communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams
• support expansion conversations with account executives.
