What you'll do

• Lead and perform aircraft maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair
• assign crew tasks and priorities
• provide technical guidance and mentorship
• verify work and documentation against FAA regulations, manufacturer data, and company procedures
• estimate labor and parts for discrepancies
• monitor project progress and crew scheduling
• coordinate with Quality Assurance, Planning, Engineering, and Parts
• lead safety and quality improvement efforts
• prepare end-of-shift turnover.
