What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of the Page Fellowship program, including outcomes, processes, and budget oversight
- partner with managers to align learning opportunities with talent needs
- support recruitment and employee development with the Employee Experience team
- help fellows identify career opportunities
- develop administrative policies and procedures
- coordinate with Marketing, Development, and Education
- plan program convenings
- track and analyze data and recommend improvements.
