Cook — Days and Evenings

Job overview

What you'll do

• Read menus and spreadsheets
• consult the Dining Services Supervisor about preparation and leftovers
• follow daily food requisitions
• plan preparation in advance
• portion and arrange food attractively
• prepare hot entrees, soups, and vegetables using standardized recipes and special-diet instructions
• check upcoming menus, production sheets, and supplies.
