What you'll do

• Own and optimize endpoint capabilities such as Intune, Autopilot, compliance, software deployment, and configuration management
• design endpoint standards and policies
• lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• improve provisioning, patching, software delivery, monitoring, and compliance
• develop automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• mentor engineers
• partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, and support
• maintain documentation and runbooks
• support pilots and controlled rollouts.
