What you'll do

• Coordinate daily service delivery and provide on-site guidance and mentorship to direct support staff
• support staffing coverage, huddles, onboarding, and volunteer oversight
• assign and monitor participant caseloads
• review documentation and data for timeliness and compliance
• coordinate pre-release planning, post-release follow-up, referrals, schedules, and communication with correctional and community partners
• monitor participation and program outcomes
• escalate systemic or high-risk concerns.

Why this role

Full-time experience as a Peer Recovery Support Worker or Family Support Specialist required. Current Certified Recovery Support Worker credential and previous supervisory or New Hampshire Department of Corrections volunteer experience preferred.
