What you'll do

• Load, operate, and unload the dish machine
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• keep the dish room organized
• maintain clean tableware levels
• conduct trash audits and remove trash
• maintain detergent and cleaning supplies
• clean food preparation areas
• and help with light prep and portioning.
