The General Dentist role is onsite in Amarillo, TX, with a guaranteed daily minimum of $800–$1,000 for the first 90 days or 28%–34% of collections. The schedule is three days per week, with flexible options Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Shemen Dental is an independent practice serving more than 7,000 patients across the Texas Panhandle. The dentist provides comprehensive general dental care, diagnoses conditions, and develops treatment plans with the dental team. The role supports patient access and continuity of care, with mentorship and opportunities to take on advanced procedures as skills and confidence grow.

What you'll do

• Provide examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorative treatments
• diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans with team dentists
• perform advanced procedures as skills and confidence grow, including same-day crowns, implant restorations, and cosmetic cases
• maintain clinical care, patient communication, and infection-control standards
• manage patient records, treatment documentation, and insurance coordination
• participate in continuing education and skill development as supported by practice leadership.
