What you'll do

• Receive, review, log, schedule, and track custom print production jobs
• review customer files and make document conversions or layout adjustments
• troubleshoot production, delivery, and output issues
• perform quality inspections and color management
• maintain production and billing logs
• provide basic ordering-system training when requested
• coordinate with customers and vendors.
