What you'll do

• Serve food and beverages
• inform the supervisor about product shortages and equipment needs
• follow alcohol-awareness practices
• maintain knowledge of food and beverage items, ingredients, specials, and prices
• take and enter orders accurately in the POS system
• anticipate guest needs and refill beverages
• maintain table cleanliness through pre-bussing and bussing
• complete side work
• present and return checks promptly
• follow safety, health, grooming, and uniform standards.
