What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards
• keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meats when needed
• maintain product temperatures
• use production guides and inventory procedures
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• rotate products using FIFO
• follow health department requirements
• assist guests and communicate professionally.
