What you'll do

• Convert demand forecasts into production plans
• execute and monitor the master production schedule
• balance capacity, lead times, and inventory targets
• track inventory and service metrics
• identify capacity constraints and supply risks
• coordinate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics
• maintain ERP/MRP planning data
• support new product and SKU introductions
• report food-safety or regulatory concerns.
